Christmas only comes round once a year, so we all like to indulge. However, without realising it, we can have put on a few pounds, so we are sharing some simple ways to burn off those extra calories without going to the gym

Ok so to burn around 700 calories we are really going to have to push the boat out, but without taking up time on this precious family day. So start with a brisk 30min house clean before the guest come round, burning off around 100 calories, Then go for a family walk, to get some fresh air and tire the kids a little, burning about 120-150 calories. Come back and play an active kids game for 30min, like trampolining, hopscotch, twister etc, burning another 100 calories. Settle down after your meal with a good old musical, and stand up and belt out the lyrics of eat song, burning off around 130 calories, before finishing off at bedtime with some action between the sheets, finishing off with 140 calories being burnt off, and hey presto, christmas dinner burnt off!!
