Energy Bites

As voted on Facebook yesterday, we are sharing our Energy Bar Bites - Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Refined Sugar Free. I love a recipes thats easy to make, no baking involved and leaves you feeling satisfied.

You need to melt the following in a pan, making sure you stir well

  • 8 heaped tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 4 heaped tbsp Coconut Butter
  • 4 heaped tbsp Honey or Agave Nectar
  • 50g of dark choc

Then stir in -

  • 175g of Oats (Gluten free if needed)
  • 1 handful or raisins and dried cranberries

Then pour into a tray which is lined with greaseproof paper and pop in the fridge. It will then set hard and you can then cut into bitesized chunks
