What is Personal Training?
You come for your session, and I'll set you home work, goals, key focus points and nutrition strategies. I'll then help motivate you along the way, with regular challenges, recipes and workouts. Sessions are available from fortnightly, to more regularly, at £50 per session or £45 if you are already a client
For those who just want a little input and motivation. You have a session every month, where we will set exercises and homework, but then every week I shall set you new challenges, workouts and nutrition changes to help keep you motivated for the month. This option is £65 a month
